2. Cooling water

Cooling water plays an important role in multi-stage vacuum equipment. Condensed water can condense abundant steam. The partial pressure of water vapor in the discharge pressure is necessary to be higher than the corresponding full steam pressure.

3. the nozzle

The nozzle is an important part that affects the performance of vacuum equipment. The existing problems are: the nozzle is installed incorrectly, installed crooked, blocked, damaged, corrosion and leakage, so we should try to avoid.

4. environmental

The environment of the vacuum pump unit mainly refers to the pollution of the system by the pumped gas. In this process, some small particles, such as tiny oxidized powder skin, will be inhaled, and these small particles will accumulate and adhere to the pump body, reducing the flow conduction of the suction pipe, extending the pumping time, and decreasing the pumping energy of the pump.
