3-in-1 Hot Filling Machine

This 3-in-1 hot filling machine can be used as tea filling machine or fruit juice filling machine, with its productivity available from 3000 to 36000BPH.

Benefits of 3-in-1 Hot Filling Machine
1. This 3-in-1 hot filling machine adopts direct connection between the air conveyor and the in-feeding starwheel. It omits the in-feeding screw and the conveying chain, making it simple to change bottles. Newly-designed bottle-separating grippers are assembled to starwheel.
2. It adopts neck-hanging technology for bottle transportation. Instead of traditional starwheel, neck-hanging gripper is applied to make fast bottle changing, which requires only few parts to be adjusted.
3. This 3-in-1 hot filling machine has stainless steel rinser grippers, which have no contact to screw part of the bottle and cause no pollution to the bottle neck.
4. High-speed filling valve are equipped with perfect CIP system and control system for easy rinse.
5. The starwheel split adopts twist descending way for simple bottle changing. Only the arc board and starwheel need to be changed. It can be done within 10 minutes.
