Time Gravity Filling Machine
Our time gravity filling machine is ideally suitable for low viscosity liquids. It operates according to a simple principle. In general, the amount of liquid flowing through the fluid path always keeps constant in a given fixed time period. The product bulk supply is pumped into a holding tank which is above a set of pneumatically operated valves. Each valve is independently timed by the filler’s master computer and can correct for the minor variations in flow rates. Therefore, a precise amount of liquid will run into the container through gravity and each container will be filled accurately.
