    Specifications

    Our 5 gallon barrel filling machine is designed to manufacture 3 gallon or 5 gallon barreled drinking water. It comes with its productivity available from 100BPH to 2000BPH. Additionally, a series of associated equipment are optional including automatic de-capping machine, automatic leakage checker, barrel brushing machine, capping machine, as well as thermal shrinking machine.

    Characteristics
    1. This 5 gallon barrel filling machine integrates with rinsing, filling, and capping function. 
    2. Its body unit is made of stainless steel featuring anti-corrosive property and easy cleaning. 
    3. The rinsing nozzles make use of American spraying system technology and they can be used for fresh water rinsing and disinfectant cleaning application. The disinfectant can be recycled.
    4. The main components of this device are all selected from international famous suppliers.
    5. Designed with compact structure, high efficiency, and stable operation, our product is highly automatic equipment which combines electric control system with pneumatic control system.
